Job Duties:
- Weigh and Measure Materials:Ensure materials meet specifications by precisely weighing and measuring them, ensuring the highest level of quality.
- Machine Operation:Set up and operate machinery to mix and blend materials according to production requirements, contributing to the production of top-notch products.
- Paperwork:Maintain accurate records and fill out necessary paperwork to document production processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Heavy Lifting:Be prepared for some physical exertion as this role may require occasional heavy lifting to handle materials efficiently.
Shift pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 7am-3:45pm
- Early finish on Friday at 12:45pm
Pay rate:
- 11.44per hour - rising to 12.44 after the training period
Temp to perm for the right candidate!
Requirements:
- While experience in a similar role is preferred, we are also open to candidates with the right attitude and aptitude. Full training will be provided to suitable candidates who are willing to learn and grow.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal.
