Contract Type: Temporary, Annual leave cover over December

Shifts/Hours: 9am-5pm

  • Friday 6th December
  • Wednesday 11th December - Friday 13th December
  • Tuesday 17th December - Friday 20th
  • Monday 23rd December - Tuesday 24th December
  • Tuesday 31st December

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Checking patient referrals for suitability to be seen within our client's clinical units.
  • Booking appointments and ensuring patients receive all necessary information and medications.
  • Managing patient correspondence and contact records according to established processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of patient notes and health information for appointments.
  • Accurately reporting appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities.
  • Supporting audit activities, such as checking patient outcome data and maintaining medical supplies.
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of care within our client's organisation.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Basic DBS Certificate required for this postion thats valid and in date.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
