As a Quality Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our customer-centric approach, providing expert support on product knowledge and installations. This hybrid role involves both remote assistance and on-site visits to customer locations, including international travel. We are open to those who have come from another Engineering background or who are Junior Quality professionals. Key Responsibilities:- Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert on our products, assisting customers with technical queries and troubleshooting. - Installation Support: Guide customers through installation processes, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction. - Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, offering proactive support and exceeding their expectations. - Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel to customer sites, occasionally outside of the UK, to deliver hands-on technical assistance. Requirements:- Engineering Background: A solid educational background in engineering is essential to grasp technical complexities. - Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mentality to deliver exceptional service. - UK Driving Licence: Full, valid UK driving licence required for travel to customer locations. - Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying customer needs and travel requirements. - Continuous Improvement: Eagerness to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of our extensive training and progression opportunities.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday permanent days.
