Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior quantity surveyors in cost management, contract administration, and procurement
- Assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities, valuations, and variations
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring budgets are adhered to
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Contributing to project meetings and reporting on financial progress
About You:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within construction
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Keen to work on a variety of projects and take ownership of tasks
- Desire to grow and develop within a fast-paced commercial builder
- Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
