Construction Project Manager needed for our Stoke on Trent based client.


As Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with 4 or so projects across the UK (predominately London & surrounding areas)
  • Fronting the job from the start, pushing it through design and production using the clientsdesign and production teams.
  • Liaising with Clients and Main Contractors
  • Drafting andagreeingprogrammes, material and subcontract resources
  • Managing site works (utilisingManagers along with various sub-contract fitting teams)
  • Resolving day-to-day issues
  • Assisting with Commercial Team on variations and sub-contractor accounts.


The right person would be:

  • Based geographically somewhere around Stoke or within an area extending down to the M4 / M25 / M11
  • The roles are hybrid, head office in Stoke between 1 and 3 times a week, with the other days on site.
  • Joinery experience will be highly desirable along with agood knowledge / experience of the building industry.
  • Able to drive and have access to a vehicle
