Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a leading HVAC turnkey solution engineering specialist.

Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will operate remotely, identifying project work opportunity throughout England, with a focus on driving business development and managing key accounts for HVAC products throughout underfloor heating systems, Heat Pumps, Renewables, ventilation and plumbing and heating areas to develop new project contracts into end-user channels.

The ideal Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will have strong background in developing new business channels along with key account management for HVAC project works of systems including Renewables, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Heat Pumps.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role:
  • Driving business development and the management of key accounts for project works serving into the end-user channels of HVAC systems including underfloor heating systems, Heat Pumps, Renewables, ventilation and plumbing and heating.
  • Maintain and grow HVAC project sales through new business development techniques, networking and negotiations to achieve targets.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and provide accurate sales estimates, focusing on HVAC systems such as Renewables, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Heat Pumps.
  • Strong relationship building skills into the end-user channels.
  • Liaise with various senior management, engineering team members
  • Operate fully remote, identifying new business opportunity throughout England
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role with displayable background bringing on new business for end-user projects across HVAC industry areas including underfloor heating systems, Heat Pumps, Renewables, ventilation and plumbing and heating.
  • A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree within Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering would be advantageous.
  • Experience selling directly to end-user channels for HVAC project/developments such as Renewables, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Heat Pump works or similar would be desired.
  • Willingness to work fully remote from home with regular travel to meet with clients through business development throughout England.
  • Full clean driving license required.
