We are working with an award winning accountancy firm based in Stoke-On-Trent who are recruiting for a Qualified Senior Accountant to join their Senior Management team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Manager or accounts Manager looking for a people leadership role who still enjoys beings hands on with a dedicated client portfolio.
Senior Accounts Manager Job Overview
- Be the first port of call for a portfolio of diverse clients - predominantly OMB's
- Client development with visits to their offices and networking events to onboard new clients
- Oversee a small team of talented accounts juniors with your coaching and development skills and review their work to provide any adjustments
- Ensure all deadlines are met within the team and clients expectations are exceeded
Senior Accounts Manager Job Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with excellent experience in a UK accounting firm
- Have prior experience within a people and client management role
- 5 years + experience in practice
- Strong experience with OMB's
- Be tech confident with cloud based packages
- Be a great leader - this is a people management role
- Although this is a hybrid role, you will need to be within a reasonable commute of the Stoke office
Senior Accounts Manager Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience
