Salary: £26,209 to 41,773
Hours: 40 per week
We are currently seeking a Key Stage 4 Maths Teacher to join a smallspecialist provision which provides education for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) aged 5-18 based in Stoke On Trent.
Overview of the role:
- Plan teaching to achieve progression in pupils learning
- Help to engage students with both reading and writing
- Provide clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge
- Establish and maintain a safe environment and purposeful working atmosphere which supports learning and in which pupils feel secure and confident
- You must be a qualified Teacher with a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths
- Experience of teaching Maths at GCSE Level
- Have at least two years experience minimum of working in a SEND environment
