Maths Teacher with QTS

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Follow lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and student needs.

• Supportive SLT members with policies in place to support supply staff.
• Working in departments with prepared resources and pre-planned lessons.

To be considered for the role of Maths Teacher with QTS you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
• Willingness to travel to various schools in and around Stoke-on-Trent.
• Flexibility and a positive approach to temporary teaching roles.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
