Academics are actively looking for enthusiastic and experienced secondary Science Teachers (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and General Science) who are now looking to gain day-to-day, short, and long term assignments within our partnership secondary schools and academies in Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire.

Roles Requirements

  • Have UK Qualified Teaching Status (QTS or QTLS).
  • Be familiar with the National Curriculum and the Science programmes of study.
  • Have strong classroom management with excellent subject knowledge and to have the ability to teach and inspire positive learning attitudes.
  • Be able to adapt quickly within a new school environment and to be a good team player.
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS that is registered with the Update Service or to be prepared to apply for a new Enhanced DBS with ourselves (cost applied).

Please be aware that your daily rate will be dependent upon experience, prior qualifications, and the client rate that is available. For longer-term assignments you will be paid according to your teacher pay grade.
