This school provides a high standard of education and focuses on secondary srudents with SEMH needs and provides them with a daily structure and routine to ensure the best learning environment for their individual needs.

The school is looking for a determined Secondary Teacher for with the potential of a permanent position. The successful Secondary Teacher will be confident and adaptable in working Key Stage 3/KS3 to Key Stage 4/KS4 helping them to meet their goals and giving them 1 to 1 tuition The applicant would also have to be comfortable with teaching more than one subject!

The successful Secondary Teacher will have the following:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • QTS - ECTs are welcome to apply, if they have previous experience!
  • Be comfortable with teaching more than one subject (Maths, Science, English)
  • A calm, patient, and caring personality
  • A good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
  • Excellent classroom management
