Your new schoolOur partnership school based in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for an enthusiastic qualified teacher to join their team from February 2025 and cover maternity leave through to July 2025. This school has a fantastic reputation and strives to employ candidates who are particularly focused on continual development and are engaged with the challenges of mixed attainment teaching and who are able to teach Mathematics from KS3 to KS4.

Your new roleAs a teacher of maths across KS3 and KS4, you will be responsible for delivering a rich curriculum whilst supporting the mixed abilities to ensure pupil success. Across the department, they believe in the continual development of everything, and work on collaborative planning, with plentiful feedback given, to ensure their curriculum supports all students. You will be supported by a solid SLT that has been based at this school for a number of years. The role is full-time and adequate PPA will be given.

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this position, you will hold QTS in the UK along with also being a maths specialist. This school is looking for a team player who is keen to plan collaboratively. They are also after a teacher who is keen to engage in the latest thinking around how we teach mathematical concepts.
