Are you a talented engineer seeking a new challenge? We are looking for dedicated engineers to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients. If you have expertise in motors, pumps, plumbing, electrical and electronic control systems, and possess skills in fault-finding electro-mechanical devices, we want to hear from you. Experience in sectors like vending machines, HVAC, refrigeration, and more would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to business requirements across the UK
Install various capital equipment, including washer disinfectors and macerators
Conduct commissioning work and ensure equipment meets standards
Foster positive customer relationships
Perform maintenance, provide breakdown coverage, and collaborate with the service team
Adhere to ISO standards with full participation
Provide progress updates to Regional Service Manager and Lead Service Engineer
Work in a safety-conscious manner to minimize customer disruption
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a field-based role
Strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding skills
Knowledge of plumbing installations/repairs
Technical qualification: National Certificate/City and Guilds or equivalent
Desirable qualifications: HTM 2010 and HTM2030
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage conflicting pressures
