ob Summary
Muve Homecare are looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants with experience in providing a wide range of clinical care and support for children and young people and adults.

As well as receiving an average daily rate of 168 (12hr shift) we also pay holiday pay and pension contributions.

Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks.
- Support clients in maintaining their daily routines and adhering to their care plans.
- Administer medication (orally or via PEG) whilst maintaining accurate records.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding any changes in client condition or needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Commitment to providing high quality, safe and effective care.
  • Experience working with individuals who have complex health needs (Tracheostomy, Ventilation, Chest management, Gastrostomy and Suctioning).
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients, families and professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their family.
  • Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively as well as the ability to recognising deterioration and need for escalation
  • Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding.
  • Confident using digital care planning systems.
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.

Pay: 14.00 per hour
