Housing Officer in Stoke on Trent

We are seeking to recruit an experienced housing officer. The candidate must have experience of visiting tenants in their own homes within the community. Duties will include completing fire safety audits, supporting tenants with vulnerabilities such as hoarding , attending child protection conferences and ensuring tenancy conditions are complied with. The candidate should have a good level of both written and verbal English as there may be the requirement to produce witness statements and attend court to provide evidence. Experience of using NEC database would be advantageous.
