- Visiting tenants in their own homes
- Receiving and investigating complaints and incidents of Anti Social Behaviour or other tenancy condition breaches
- Completing fire safety audits
- attending meetings, case conferences, working parties, court hearings, tenancy review hearings and evictions as directed
- Supporting tenants with vulnerabilities
- Attending child protection conferences
- Recovery of rent arrears and maximisation of rental and other income for all council services
- Previous experience required
- Previous experience using NEC database (advantageous)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Possess detailed knowledge and understanding of Housing Management
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to deal with stressful and emotional situations
