Job Title: MIG Welder
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am 2:00pm and 2:00pm 10:00pm Rotating Shifts
Pay Rate: £13.38 per hour
Our client is a leading manufacturing and production company based in Stoke-on-Trent. Part of their continued growth, we are seeking dedicated MIG Welders to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities as a MIG Welder:
- Setting up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques.
- Welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Inspecting welds for quality and accuracy.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Working with a variety of tools and equipment to complete daily duties.
Desired Skills and Expertise as a MIG Welder:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate as part of a team and work independently.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
