MIG Welders are required in the Stoke-on-Trent region with a pay rate that depends on experience.
The position is permanent after a 12-week probation period and requires candidates to have experience in MIG welding mild steel up to 12mm thickness.
Candidates should be fully competent in using hand and air tools, able to read detailed fabrication drawings, and capable of working to demanding deadlines.
Experience with plasma cutting is advantageous, but full training will be provided to suitable candidates.
The role offers 30 days of holiday per year, an employer-contribution pension scheme, and various incentives, with a requirement of at least 2 years of relevant experience.

MIG welding mild steel up to 12mm thickness
The ability to weld other materials such as stainless steels, alloys etc.
Fully competent in the use of hand and air tools
Ability to read and work from detailed fabrication drawings
Capable of working to demanding deadlines
Plasma cutting experience would be an advantage but full training will be given to the right candidate
Good mechanical understanding

Working hours are:Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 17:00Friday 07:30 - 12:30 Overtime Paid as:

X1.33 Monday to Friday
X1.5 Saturdays
X2 Sundays
