Senior Site Manager

Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Senior Site Manager on a large housing site in the Tanton area. This role is due to start immediately and has the chance to go permanent for the right person. The successful candidate will have a strong drive to hit targets and motivate staff.

Job duties:

• Co-ordinate the day-to-day operations
• Organise and manage subcontractors on site
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
• Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations

Experience required:

• Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS

• Must have a strong housing background
• Must have strong organisational and communication skills
• Must be strong willed and have the ability to hit deadlines.
