We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale groundworks and civil engineering project .This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join a growing, family-run business with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations from foundations to slabs, including drainage, paving, curbing, tarmacking, and external works.
- Oversee the construction of 70 new units
- Prepare work schedules, track progress, and report on site performance.
- Conduct meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.
- Deliver toolbox talks and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in groundworks, with a background in either main contractor or sub-contractor roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using software for work programming and progress tracking.
- Ability to manage site logistics, labour, and client relations.
- Full, clean driving license.
