Your new role
Your main duties would include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Sage accounting software
- Submitting sales invoices
- Reconciling bank receipts
- Accounts Receivables
- Purchase Ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Allocating bank payments
- Reconciling the bank
- Expenses processing
- Cashiering
- Sage Payroll - both weekly and monthly
- VAT returns preparation
- Ad-hoc financial reporting

Accounting and Sage experience is essential to the role as you will need to hit the ground running.
