- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and contractors by email and phone
- Scheduling and logistics, including booking site teams, materials, and equipment
- Assisting with health & safety paperwork and compliance documentation
- Organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking project progressÂ
- Experience within a similar project co-ordination or office management role
- Experience in construction, shopfitting or property maintenance would be a bonus
- Strong work ethic along with a flexible approach to work
- A valid driving licence is beneficial for occasional site visitsÂ
- Office-based with occasional travel to sites
