We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, committed and highly focused individual, who can support the children and staff in reaching their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance pupil's knowledge.
- Assess and monitor student progress to ensure they meet their expected learning outcomes.
- Identify gaps in student's understanding.
- Build productive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Design and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Requirements You Need:
- Have a relevant qualifications (QTS or ECT)
- Experience within a KS1 classroom.
- Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
- The ability to keep children engaged and motivated
- Have strong communication skills
- Have good behaviour management skills
