Vehicle Remarketing Administrator

Location: Cold Meece
Salary:Negotiable

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Remarketing Administrator to join a leading vehicle refurbishment site based in Cold Meece. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking for an experienced and organized individual to support their remarketing team by handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate internal and external records, including customer information, transactions, and stock details.
  • Create and update invoices and financial documents for customers and manufacturers.
  • Confirm delivery information with customers and prepare delivery packs with the necessary paperwork.
  • Manage DVLA letters, V5 documents, and service records for distribution to customers.
  • Ensure all orders and processes are completed to a high standard, providing seamless administrative support.

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
