They boast a longstanding reputation for advanced system integration, with expertise in optimising efficiency and achieving impressive performance on a large scale. Operating in highly regulated and demanding industrial sectors, they have successfully executed pivotal projects across energy, renewables, water, and manufacturing domains.

The IT Support Engineer will join their helpdesk team and work to provide exceptional corporate IT Support. As the IT Support Engineer, will maintain a high standard of support, working on tickets as they come through and escalating more complex issues to the Senior Engineer’s. The successful IT Support Engineer will be a confident and capable individual with the ability to work within the given timeframes while ensuring adherence to the service level standards.

Key Requirements of the IT Support Engineer:

-          Proficient in Microsoft Server operating systems and associated technologies, including Windows Server, Windows 11/10, Office 365, and Active Directory.

-          Knowledgeable about cloud services such as Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

-          Previous experience with virtualization, including VMware.

-          Familiarity with supporting hardware including servers and laptops, phones and tablets, printers, and network switches

-          Experience with security solutions like Sophos Endpoint Security and FortiGate Firewalls/VPN (desired)

-          Experience with backup and recovery tools, including Veeam Backup & Recovery (desired)

-          Experience with additional software like Visio, Project, and AutoCAD (desired)
