Planned Works Surveyor duties:
- Support achieving the planned delivery budget on projects
- Lead and Manage the sites operational staff, to establish its full contribution to the organisation
- Carry out post inspections, signing off completed works
What is required for the role:
- Experience managing external contractors
- Knowledge surrounding social housing and planned maintenance
- Surveying experience for a minimum of 3 years within property
