We are seeking an Occupational Therapist in Wimborne.

You will be supporting our client in the provision of the Occupational Therapy service for children and young people with complex needs, working within a specialist school & college.

The role involves working directly with students, implementing therapy programmes, and ensuring that therapy is integrated into their education, as outlined in their EHCPs.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Support the provision of an Occupational Therapy Service that meets students' needs in line with EHCPs.
  • Deliver direct intervention, therapy programmes, and guidance to students and staff.
  • Provide professional support, leadership, and supervision to OT Assistants where appropriate.
  • Deliver training, support, and advice to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attend student reviews and multidisciplinary meetings, promoting a collaborative approach with other professionals and external agencies.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with HCPC
