We are currently recruiting for an Interior Smart Repairer on behalf of a leading refurbishment and defleet company based in Cold Meece. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in interior smart repairs to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete texture repairs on trim panels and fibre repairs on interior seats and carpets
- Repair interior trim panels with varying textures and colours
- Perform specialist touch-ups to paintwork and fabric recovers on boot boards
- Ensure all vehicles leaving the Bodyshop are finished to a high standard
- Maintain a tidy and professional working environment with a strong focus on health and safety
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in interior smart repairs is essential
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
