We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's expanding team in the Stonehaven and Banchory areas. In this role, you'll manage a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and title transfers, providing expert legal advice to clients.

Description

Advising and acting for clients in the legal aspects of sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, and transfers of title.

Preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney for clients.

Collaborating with estate agency teams and mortgage advisers to provide comprehensive client services.

Liaising with third parties such as other solicitors and banks.

Cross-selling other services within the firm, such as financial services.
Profile
-
A solicitor or equivalent with at least 2 years PQE in property and conveyancing law.

Proficient in managing their own workload with excellent organisational skills.

Experienced in holding client meetings and providing tailored legal advice.

Knowledgeable in general private client matters.
Job Offer
Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £42,000 to £58,000, commensurate with experience.
