Electrical Project Engineer / Manager

National leading supplier of complex test solutions are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer with significant HVAC / Refrigeration experience.
The role will be suited to an experienced Engineer with substantial Electrical knowledge, displaying a strong comprehension of electrical drawings and schematics and has operated within the HVAC market for a sustained period of time. The successful candidate will have been operating the capacity of a Project Engineer and be comfortable working throughout the project life-cycle, from inception to completion and installation.
The Project Engineer will conduct regular project progress meeting with the customers and be across all aspects of the build to ensure the delivered, completed project exceeds expectation.
Reporting to the Engineering and Operations Director, the project engineer will have a strong desire to lead and manage project teams.

The role in brief:
- In conjunction with the Project Team, lead the electrical aspect of the Projects to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Play an active role in the Electrical design / modification of the project
- Be the “go to” Project Engineer on all things Electrical within the business
- Implement, maintain and police all metrics for timely project completion with budgets, time scale and guidelines.
- Meeting with customers on a regular basis required to update on Project status and progress
The Person required:
- Electrical Design knowledge
- HVAC / Refrigeration industry and practical experience
- PLC/HMI/SCADA (Controls) experience
- NI Lab View experience is desirable
- Significant Project Engineering experience
