Our client is looking for an organised, administrator to support their team. This role is essential on maintaining effective communication and providing admin support.

Key Responsibilities – Administrator

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using online and Microsoft applications.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
  • Provide clerical support such as scheduling appointments, responding to enquiries and dealing with customer queries.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements – Administrator

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computerised systems and software, particularly Microsoft word and outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when needed.
