Interim Finance Business Partner, Stonehouse, 3 months, £50-55K

Market-leading business, looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team. Working directly with Operational management and providing monthly performance variance analysis on key business metrics, key responsibilities include:

Business Partnering with Operations team, driving and supporting bottom line improvementsProviding analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategiesActing as a financial advisor, offering general financial support to commercial decision makers Ownership of Operational BudgetImplementation of weekly and monthly reporting to business on KPI’s, with special emphasis on Cost Per Unit metrics. Undertaking project-based work for specific strategies and business initiatives Act as backup to Finance Manager

Qualified or Qualified by Experience, previous experience within manufacturing is an advantage.Skilled in the use of MS Excel and knowledge of SAP, HFM or OneStream is an advantageEffective communication skills and the ability to influence others
