Job Description

Our client arelooking for a positive, enthusiastic, and detail orientated Administrator. This office-based role will involve working with database programs and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Support administration duties within a dynamic team to contribute towards achieving company objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships while providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage the entire process from initial enquiries to bookings and controlling event outputs.
  • Handle customer enquiries via email, telephone, and face to face.
  • Produce quotations, purchase orders, and resource trainers, subcontractors, equipment, accommodation, travel, and venues.
  • Prepare documentation to support training and consultative events.
  • Scan and upload completed course documentation and issue certificates.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Leadership Team.
