Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full-time | Monday - Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm
Salary: 22,500+ per annum DOE
Job Description
Our client arelooking for a positive, enthusiastic, and detail orientated Administrator. This office-based role will involve working with database programs and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities of an Administrator
- Support administration duties within a dynamic team to contribute towards achieving company objectives and targets.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the entire process from initial enquiries to bookings and controlling event outputs.
- Handle customer enquiries via email, telephone, and face to face.
- Produce quotations, purchase orders, and resource trainers, subcontractors, equipment, accommodation, travel, and venues.
- Prepare documentation to support training and consultative events.
- Scan and upload completed course documentation and issue certificates.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Leadership Team.
