Role Responsibilities
  • Leading a portfolio of audit clients, providing high-quality audit services from planning through to completion
  • Acting as the Responsible Individual (RI) for audit engagements or obtaining RI status quickly if not already held
  • Managing audit assignments for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with senior management to drive business development and support the firm’s growth strategy
  • Mentoring and supporting the audit team, fostering a positive and productive remote working culture
  • Developing a direct pathway to equity, with opportunities to influence the direction and strategy of the practice

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified, with current RI status or the ability to obtain it quickly
  • Qualified by significant experience in audit management within practice also considered
  • Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver exceptional audit services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring audit teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, while maintaining strong client relationships
