Contracts Manager opportunity available with our client, a family-run BMS and Control Systems specialist based in Worcestershire. This opportunity comes with a basic salary of up to 60k, with a company vehicle, 32 days holiday (including bank holidays), and a company pension.
This role will be office based, out of our client head offices just outside of Stourbridge, and will involve working alongside the installation and commissioning teams for BMS/Controls systems installation across the Greater Midlands and surrounding areas. These installations will largely take place in commercial settings such as schools, colleges, prestigious hotels, office blocs, and MOD facilities for example.
Due to the nature of the role and the tight-nit culture of the team, this role will be full-time from the office, and the successful Contracts Manager MUST be based within a commutable distance of Stourbridge.
Contracts Manager Job Requirements
- Strong background of contracts/project management within the HVAC and Controls industry
- Experienced dealing with Trend and Tridium systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to manage contracts from conception to completion
- Experience with BACnet, SIPP, and/or Modbus systems experience desirable
- Based within a commutable distance of Stourbridge
