Are you from a BMS Controls or HVAC Controls Engineering background with experience managing start to finish BMS based projects, looking for a role that offers company progression, the opportunity to gain further qualifications and the autonomy of leading BMS and HVAC controls based teams and projects from the initial customer enquiry phase to completion?

Due to continuous growth of the company, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to project manage, lead teams and deliver a high quality level of service for clients across the UK.
This role would suit anyone from a BMS Controls, HVAC Controls, BMS Project Management or HVAC Design & Commissioning background that has experience with managing BMS and HVAC controls projects and engineering teams, that is looking to take the next step in their career into senior management where they will have full autonomy and plenty of management training along the way.
The Role:
*End-to-End project management of BMS and HVAC Controls projects.
*Handling of pre and post sales enquiries and liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers.
*Obtaining Quotations / Ordering for outsourced products
*Working directly with commissioning and installation teams
*Office based with UK-wide travel.
The Person:
*Previous experience with BMS Controls (Trend/Scratch/Tridium)
*End-to-End project/ contract management experience
*Sound knowledge of all HVAC plant and associated equipment
*Full UK Driving License
