We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Administrator to join an ever-growing company based in Hagley
Working in a busy installs department, you will work alongside the Department Supervisor ensuring work is booked in with engineers and completed successfully.
Other duties of the role include
- Calling engineers checking availability
- Booking engineers in for works to be complete
- Sending all information to engineers prior to the job start
- Chase job sheets once work has completed
- Inputting all data onto internal systems
- Communicating at all levels
- Keeping all parties up to date at all times
The right candidate
- Must have strong communication skills
- Hold at least 1 years customer service experience
- Be computer literate
- Have an eye for detail
This role would be ideal for a Junior level candidate or someone wanting to get into a busy office environment as full training will be provided
Hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Salary £22,000 to £24,000pa depending on experience
Immediate start for the right person
