Role and Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality, compliant fire protection sprinkler system installation drawings and coordination models.
  • Generate hydraulic calculations.
  • Conduct on-site surveys as needed.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with clients and project teams.
  • Ensure designs adhere to relevant standards and project specifications.
  • Mentor junior design team members.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Knowledge of LPC Sprinkler Rules.
  • Preferred: LCPB Basic Design Qualification (training available if not held).
  • Advantageous: LPCB Intermediate and FHC Design Qualifications; knowledge of FM and NFPA standards.

Experience:

  • Preferred: Minimum 5 years in designing fire protection sprinkler systems.
  • Proficiency in producing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience with hydraulic calculations using Canute FHC design software.
