The Role

Are you a developing events professional who loves to deliver head turning productions? We have an brand new opportunity to join the UKs leading full service events agency based in the Midlands. You will be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including global blue chip businesses across a range of exciting industries. In this role, you'll have the chance to assist with larger-scale projects while also taking full ownership of smaller events. Your responsibilities will range from supporting senior account management on big projects to independently managing the entire lifecycle of smaller events.

As part of your role, you will collaborate with Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver large-scale projects. This involves understanding client briefs, interpreting their needs, and effectively communicating requirements to internal departments to ensure flawless execution. For smaller projects, you will take full ownership, managing everything from initial briefings to budget control, liaising with internal teams for content development, and maintaining strong communication with clients and suppliers.

Skills and Experience
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • You will have a prior experience in event production, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Experience working on internal communications or conference-style events is highly desirable.
  • Additionally, you should be comfortable with traveling across the UK to be onsite for event delivery
