The Role:

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-impact events? We’re looking for a talented individual to join a dynamic team at a fast-growing, global events and experience agency in Birmingham. This role will see you managing multiple client projects, including large-scale, high-budget events. You’ll be responsible for leading client relationships, overseeing content development, and ensuring flawless event logistics from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Leading the delivery of a portfolio of events, ensuring smooth execution of high-budget projects.
  • Content Development: Inspiring creativity and emotional engagement through compelling event content.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, quotes, targets, and costing for events.
  • Client Management: Acting as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring all events comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Line Management: Providing leadership to a team, including Account Executives and Project Managers.
  • New Business Development: Working with senior leadership to create high-profile pitches for new business.
Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an event agency setting.
  • Proven experience managing large-budget events, preferably with international exposure.
  • Familiarity with the ROI methodology.
  • Experience leading a small team is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in content development and the ability to bring messaging to life within a conference environment.
