Sales Order Processor

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor one of our well-established and fast-growing clients in the Stourbridge area. As a Sales Order Processor you will be assisting with the day-to-day of the sales office, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and there is coherent communication from the initial order to production.

Main duties (not limited to):

  • Customer order and invoice processing (including exporting)
  • Processing sample requests
  • Producing production dispatch documentation
  • General customer enquires
  • Organization of freight for deliveries and collection
  • Supplying company literature to customers
  • General office duties

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Competent computer skills on systems such as Microsoft.
