This is a unique opportunity to join a successful business group headquartered near Brierley Hill.

The successful candidate will work predominantly alongside the group’s general counsel, engaging primarily in legal work while also assisting with office administration.

We will happily consider full or part time hours for this role, with an element of flexible working if people require a shorted working week.

A background of previous legal experience in-house or in private practice is preferred, however as the key attributes for success are accuracy & confidence, and a methodical administrator with potential to grow and develop into the role.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Filing documents and keeping the group’s records up to date.

- Preparing draft legal documents & contract information using available templates

- Maintaining registers of key asset information and updating in an accurate & timely way

- Making applications to the Land Registry to register leases and updating the title registers.

- Assisting with the review of commercial contracts.

- Undertaking legal and other commercial research.

- Company secretarial tasks including preparing minutes for meetings.

- Providing support to the finance team including responsibility for day-to-day processing of invoices along with other accounts payable tasks.

- General assistance and helping with office administration.
