ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED QUALITY INSPECTOR WITH A FOUNDRY OR CASTINGS BACKGROUND? DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING TO ISO:9001 QUALITY STANDARDS?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established manufacturer who are a brand associated with quality. They have significant growth plans and have recently undergone a period of significant investment

The role would suit quality inspectors, quality control professionals or quality technicians from a foundry or castings background. If you have experience working within a green sand, grey iron casting environment, you will have a considerable advantage.

Reporting to the Quality Manager and working closely with the Technical team, ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are being maintained, quality control and inspection and testing of parts. You will be actively involved in the quality process audits and ensuring that products are being manufactured to customer specification. You will assist in the investigation and root cause analysis of customer returns/discrepancies and help to resolve manufacturing issues with the process team. As a whole, you will work to ISO:9001 quality standards and ensure that these are being maintained.

Quality Inspector:

*Inspection and test of parts

*Root cause analysis of any defects or non conformances

*Involvement in quality and process audits

*Ensuring quality through every process stage of manufacture to meet customer requirements

*Liaising with quality, technical and process teams

*Monday to Friday. Early finish Friday.
