Family Solicitor Opportunity (5+ years PQE)

A reputable and well-established law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE. This is a permanent position based in either Kidderminster or Stourport, offering flexible working options of 4 or 5 days a week, including hybrid work arrangements.

The Role:

As part of a large family law team, your primary focus will be on private family law cases. However, there will be some involvement in public law matters due to the firm's legal aid contract. Your caseload will include divorce, financial matters, private children cases and high-net-worth cohabitation issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5 years PQE in privately funded family law
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff
• Panel membership or resolution accreditation is advantageous
