Full time, Permanent - Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a small team of engineers, technicians, sales and clerical staff to provide exceptional customer care, whether resolving issues on-site or in the workshop, or generating new business through maximising delivery of services with existing key accounts
  • Building upon present success of the team and driving positive growth by proactive outreach activities, bringing the service offerings to a broader potential customer-base
  • Optimising procedures within the team, reviewing practices and monitoring performances to help staff achieve their best
  • Managing departmental budgets, accurate status reporting and meeting of company targets
  • Occasional site/customer visits as required

Desirable qualities:

  • Self-motivation, with excellent people-management & leadership abilities
  • Sound commercial understanding, with exceptional customer interaction skills
  • Technical understanding of products and/or market knowledge of customer-base
  • Experience in a similar Service Delivery leadership role, or as a Workshop Manager looking to take on more customer-facing duties and commercial responsibilities
