My client based on the outskirts of Huntingdon is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Offering a salary of 拢25-28,000.
This position would suit someone who has been an engineer / technician but is now thinking of working in an office environment.
As a Service Co-Ordinator you will provide top-level customer service, not only to clients but to engineers, subcontractors, and colleagues. This position would suit someone with garage equipment knowledge.
Your role will be to Schedule installations and service work for our engineers ensuring the parts are in stock before arranging with customers. To give technical support to other Service Co-ordinators enabling them to understand customer needs.
Responsibilities:
路 Nationwide scheduling of installations and service work for engineers
路 Liaising with our parts department to ensure parts are in stock before arranging service work
路 Receiving inbound calls to diagnose faults with machines and arranging service work if required
路 Making outbound calls to contact customers when installation/service work has been scheduled
Skills required
路 Excellent telephone manner
路 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
路 UK Driving licence
路 An ability to prioritise and balance multiple workloads
路 Customer Service experience would be desired but is not essential as full training will be given.
