About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized Facilities Controller to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and smooth operation of our facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that the workplace remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained while supporting the wider team with facility-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective facility management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure health and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain records of equipment servicing, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
  • Support with budgeting, cost management, and procurement of facility-related services.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and fully functional for all staff.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a facilities management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software or reporting systems (preferred).
