We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Electrical Administrator to join this company in Stowmarket. In this role, you will manage incoming calls related to electrical issues, log faults, and coordinate the scheduling of electricians to ensure efficient service delivery. You will be a key point of contact for both clients and electricians, ensuring clear communication and a smooth operational process.

what we're looking for.
We are seeking a candidate with previous administrative experience, ideally within the electrical or construction sectors. You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and team members. A basic understanding of electrical systems and terminology is advantageous, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software. Most importantly, we are looking for a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to the overall success of the team.
