This growing business requires a Finance Manager to ensure strong Financial controls and Management Accounting. The role will be an integral part of the Finance team with two ledger clerks reporting in to them. The company offers Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.

This is an international business that has grown consistently over recent years. They operate a Hybrid model.

The main purpose of the role is to:

  • Ensure financial recording, financial control and management accounting are of a high standard, comply with all local guidelines and adhere to global best practices.
  • Play a key part in the preparation of statutory financial statement and monthly management pack.
  • Serve as an advanced users on the ERP for financial transactions.
  • Contribute to system process reviews and improvements.
  • Work with financial auditors to ensure a successful completion of the year end audit.
  • Perform month end and year-end financial processes relating to sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank/cashbook, fixed assets register, nominal and inventory ledger.
  • Be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of Corporation tax, payroll tax, VAT and Intrastat returns.

This is a small Finance Function and we are looking for a team player who will understand in an SME environment you may need to roll your sleeves up and muck in. The siccesful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to communicate complex financial information to the wider business.

£50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits
